I have been a customer of E-ZU Solutions for many years now, our company uses Mimecast through E-ZU and we have also recently subscribed to the E-ZU eLearning Management System. Mimecast is critical to our email security and is also used in parts by our Marketing department, E-ZU provide a service that not only offers us comprehensive support but also a knowledgebase that allows us to keep up-to-date with best practices. The E-ZU eLearning Management System has allowed our company to promote Cyber security in a manor that users have readily accepted and each user has reported benefits of the experience. We have now rolled out further training paths and regularly encourage users to spend time using the E-ZU eLearning Management System . Furthermore we have now drawn up a plan to introduce this to our international agent network. We can't recommend E-ZU Solutions enough they exceed our expectations year on year, the attention to detail and the focus on our business needs far exceeds any other support company we work with. I look forward to expanding our product portfolio with E-ZU knowing the level of service and support they offer will make a positive impact on our business and end user experience.

E-ZU Solutions helped us achieve a huge amount in a relatively short timeframe with our Cyber Essentials certification. The service provided by E-ZU is exceptional. Lisa and Colin have been fantastic in the support they have given to our business, very organised and knowledgeable. All technical questions have been answered thoroughly with examples, the product is a welcome addition to our security infrastructure and we look to work with E-ZU more in the coming months.

It’s been great working with Steve and the rest of the team over the years and I’d just like to say that E-Zu is easily the best IT solutions reseller/service provider that I have ever worked with. They are a great team and, without exception, the feeling I get from them is that nothing is too much trouble when it comes to providing an excellent service. This is especially true when it comes to holding service providers to account when the quality of their support or service falls short of what is expected. The team at E-Zu have intervened on our behalf on more than a couple of occasions to de-stress the situation when we hit speedbumps during the onboarding and configuration phases of new implementations. This is a great value-add for SMBs like ourselves and sets them apart from other resellers that tend to concentrate on the pre-sales far more than the ongoing support.
